Relentless Collision

We had the unfortunate opportunity to work with Relentless (RC) due to hitting a deer with our Lexus. After checking with other Durham options we went with RC based on them being Lexus certified, and the experience we had with the estimating process by Maggie Coombs. We were kept informed throughout the process, they coordinated dentless repair and the calibration of sensors, bringing in Lexus help when there was an issue. With any front end event there's going to be hidden damage you can't see until they disassemble. Every item was documented and discussed so that changes in the estimate were clearly understood. Our vehicle was ready in the time frame estimated and was cleaned inside and out.

Maggie and her team really helped me out when I had a piece of the bottom of my car dragging. I walked in, and within 10 minutes, I was already good to go! Thank you for the excellent service.

Even though my vehicle ultimately ended up being totaled, I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Relentless Collision Center. Josh and Daryl were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process — especially Josh. From day one, they were patient, communicative, and genuinely supportive during what can be a very stressful situation. Josh took the time to listen to my concerns, guide me through each step, and advocate for me every step of the way. I truly felt like they cared about helping me, not just processing another claim. Their professionalism, honesty, and customer service were exceptional, and I would 100% recommend Relentless Collision Center to anyone needing collision repair or assistance after an accident. Thank you both again for everything!

I came to relentless to get my car fixed from a fender bender that I was in :(. & while that experience was terrible, relentless collision is GREAT! Josh was very very helpful in helping me get my car fixed. From the initial consultation, he was very supportive. Literally I’m just a girl, so I don’t know much about cars, but what I liked about Josh is that he explained things like I was five which I really really appreciated because it helped me understand what my car needed and what he was going to do. I was also very nervous with my car, but Josh (& the whole team honestly) was very compassionate with letting me know what was gonna be done. He kept me informed through the whole process which I loved, & he also kept me out of the loop when it came to my insurance (which I like). Anything that he needed from my insurance, he just went directly to my insurance. All I needed to do was drop my car off & pay my co-pay and that was it (as a busy student, it don’t get much better than that). I will say it is on the pricey side. They do everything how a *certified* car shop would do, which is what I wanted since my car was a Lexus but the official Lexus center in Durham doesn’t have an on
